The Rome Appia Run 10K delivers ancient history with Italian passion. Runners navigate along the historic Appian Way, the same stones where Roman legions once marched. April's pleasant spring creates ideal racing conditions as participants experience both archaeological wonders and umbrella pine landscapes outside the city center. The challenging course features sections of original Roman paving stones while providing continuous historical interest.
